That's weird. I had a dream last night where a middle aged woman named "Jan Dean" was on a talk show and getting ready to perform Beach Boys songs in some sort of tribute concert event.

California Dreamin' is popular at karaoke, but the Beach Boys in general don't get much play. The combination of falsetto and harmony is a bit overwhelming for most, I think.
